Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
